How Gurnick Academy – Concord Campus Gave 137 Meals Back to the Community

On August 13th, 2015, Gurnick Academy – Concord Campus donated 164 pounds of food to their local food bank in Contra Castra & Solano County. That 164 pounds of donated food equates to 137 meals for those in need within the community.

The Contra Costa & Solano County Food Bank serve over 188,000 people each month, distributing over 50,000 pounds of food daily. Gurnick Academy is more than happy to help the fight with hunger and it all starts here in our community.  We all could use a helping hand in making our place of living a better place for us all.
